Art is part of the fabric of Bedford. From native son Archibald Willard’s fierce Spirit of ‘76 to adopted son Richard Sedlon and his impish Pooka’s who have inspired generations of whimsical artists and artisans, it is an integral part of the ongoing story of Bedford.
The artwork of Bedford’s youngest artists is here! Friday March 6th Bedford businesses will become art galleries featuring diverse artistry from:
- Bedford High School
- Heskett Middle School
- Columbus Intermediate
- Carylwood Intermediate
- Carylwood Primary.
Bring the family to gaze at the diverse artistry of the children. Participate in family fun as there is something for everyone. You will be able to shop in local stores, enjoy free food, and appreciate the sounds of jazz music.
To express the artistic community that is Bedford, you will be invited to tap into your creative self and contribute to a piece of community artwork in the middle of town – no artistic ability is required – just your participation!
