President

The president is responsible to make sure that the other non-profit positions (the nonprofit secretary, the nonprofit treasurer, and any vice-presidents) are fulfilling their duties.

Vice President

The vice president works closely with the board of directors and other top executives to define the mission of the organization. These policy procedures are developed, planned and enforced so the non-profit can achieve its goals.

Treasurer

Treasurer is the lead board director of financial management and oversight. The treasurer works closely with the president, Vice- President and Secretary.

Manage the creation of a walking tour map of the Bedford Downtown Area including but not limited to building structures, public parking locations, public restrooms and things to do in Bedford Downtown.

Assist in decorating the storefronts of empty businesses or business that are unable to maintain them

Contractors

Inspect Bedford Downtown buildings and provide a list of necessary work to be completed. Complete minor repairs on the buildings such as painting and sign removal

Building Inventory

Create an inventory of buildings in Bedford Downtown including what accommodations the build has and business that would be suitable for that building type

Common Games

Maintain the games on the Commons provided by the BDA

Develop a relationship with building owners or management companies

Grant Committee Members

Assist in finding grants and writing grant proposals that will help the BDA achieve goals

Complete a work plan on how to obtain new members and retain current members
